【Principle】
This test kit applies magnetic bead method to extract HCV RNA from serum or plasma specimens. It uses a pair of specific primers and a specific fluorescent probe (TaqMan probe 5 ‘ end labeled FAM fluorescein) designed for the conserved region of HCV nucleic acid, matched with RT-PCR reaction solution, using the Real-time PCR detection technology to realize the quantitative detection of HCV RNA through the change of fluorescence signals on the fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument.
【Intended use】
This test kit is used for quantitative detection of hepatitis C virus (HCV) RNA in clinical serum or plasma specimens. The test results can be used for auxiliary diagnosis of hepatitis C and observation of antiviral drug efficacy. It is beneficial for the early diagnosis of hepatitis C and provides reference for guiding medication.
